Our Promise

At sixtysecond, each product is made-to-order with care, precision, and purpose. We follow a print-on-demand model to reduce waste and produce only what’s truly needed.

While we don’t offer exchanges, we do allow returns under certain conditions to ensure your satisfaction without compromising sustainability.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered

  • You receive the wrong size (i.e., different from what was ordered)

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

Returns are not accepted for minor color or size variations within industry-standard tolerance.

What We Don’t Accept

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike after delivery

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Worn, used, or washed items

  • Sale or discounted items unless damaged

  • Requests made after the 7-day return window

Note: We currently do not offer exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@sixtysecond.in or via WhatsApp.

  2. Share your order ID, issue description, and clear photos of the product (in case of damage/defect).

  3. If approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the product.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund or store credit within 7–10 working days.

Refund Method

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via:

  • Original payment method or

  • Store credit (on request)

Refunds are not provided for shipping fees unless the product was damaged or wrongly shipped.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to a fault on our part (defective/wrong product): We’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer reason: You are responsible for return shipping.

Important Notes

  • All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy terms.
